Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vibrain (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License to Use the App
The App is proprietary software owned by TecHub. Installing the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the compiled application only. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it.
Your Content
Anything you create, import, or record with Vibrain (playlists, recordings, exported mixes, MIDI files, sheet music, etc.) is yours. TecHub claims no ownership over it and never has access to it, as it stays locally on your device.
Local Audio Cast: Acceptable Use
When hosting or joining a Local Audio Cast session, you are responsible for the content you choose to share or request.
- Do not use this feature to share content you don't have the right to distribute.
- Do not attempt to access another person's device or files without their consent.
The Local Audio Cast feature is built entirely around explicit, per-request approval for exactly this reason.
Purchases & Third-Party Components
- In-App Purchases: Core features are free. If optional purchases are introduced (e.g., tool unlocks), they will be processed through the Google Play Billing system.
- Open Source: The App includes third-party libraries and fonts. See the in-app "Open Source Licenses" screen for the full list and license texts.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. TecHub does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TecHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or revenue.
Governing Law & Termination
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
